I used to use my reliever inhaler (Ventolin) up to 4x daily plus get breathless walking upstairs and escalators. I've not used Ventolin for over 3 weeks now. I can go for much longer walks, thus increasing my cardiovascular fitness, without getting breathless.
My lungs are markedly less congested with mucus and I have less coughing. I'm vert pleased at the improvement... Thank you!

COPD
My daughter aged 8 has suffered from mild asthma and rhinitis for 5 years. Her rhinitis has been a big problem in last year as she has been completely blocked in her left nostril making breathing difficult at night. The doctors wanted her to use a steroid nasal drops.
We've only been coming for 2 weeks but my daughter can now breathe clearly through both nostrils (after 4 sessions). Her night time coughing has also reduced massively.

Asthma and Rhinitis
I have found attending really relaxing and feel lighter and more energised after sessions. I think I am sleeping better since I started. It's unlike any other space I have experienced and it feels like a treat to myself to take an hour out and 'clear my head', and my sinuses!

How does it work?

Salt has the following properties:
-
Antibacterial & Anti-viral
-
Anti-inflammatory
-
Mucolytic effects: loosens excessive mucus and speeds up mucociliary transport
-
Removes pathogen agents (airborne pollen)
-
Reduces IgE level (immune system oversensitivity)
While relaxing in one of our treatment rooms, customers inhale the dry, salt-enriched air deep down into the lungs, where the healing benefits do their greatest healing. The salt loosens the mucus, which begins to clear quickly, and inflammation is reduced, which makes more room in the airways for you to breathe. Symptoms subside, sometimes for up to 12 months.
